[Our pool] wasn't looking so good, there was algae and the water just didn't look clear. My wife and I were a little concerned, since we had a party planned for the next evening. My wife was wondering why the pool was not looking so good. She had literally just finished saying that, when we heard our side gate open. It was Jack from Aqua Pool. We had never seen him here before, and it wasn't our regular pool service day. He explained that the regular tech had said that our pool was not looking so good, so he came out to check on it. His timing couldn't have been better!
He was great, explained everything to us and took care of the problem. He promised to come back the next day to check on it, since we had a party planned.
The pool is looking much better now, almost perfect. He came back today as promised and checked on it. Jack has great customer service skills and knows exactly what he's talking about regarding our pool. He's without a doubt a great rep for your company.

I just wanted to give you some kudos for the great Hayward, variable speed pool pump that you installed for me in December of 2012. Because of the Holidays and family being home I really wasn't sure of the savings until I got my February (2013) PG&E Bill and when I saw it, my jaw dropped and then it dropped again in March and now yet again in April. In just three months of use, compared to the same period last year with the old pump, my household electric energy costs have gone from $516 down to $239 a decrease over 50% with a real savings of $277.00! At this rate the pump will pay for itself very quickly. I was also very appreciative of the high quality install your team provided and the excellent customer support and education regarding use and proper care of the new pump.
Prior to having the Hayward variable speed pump installed by Aqua Pool of Walnut Creek, we had been considering a solar system to reduce energy costs-but not anymore!
